NC CCHC Network
A Network of Active CCHCs
The NC Child Care Health Consultant Network is made up of Active CCHCs in North Carolina. Active CCHCS are those that meet the requirements outlined in the NC CCHC Standards of Practice. Active CCHCs have access to all of the NC CCHC Network meetings, professional development activities, and resources hosted and made available by the NC Child Care Health and Safety Resource Center.
CCHC Network Meetings
Held four times a year online with all Active CCHCs, supervisors, and NC Resource Center staff.
Regional CCHC Meetings
Held four times a year, in three regions (East, Cental, and West) for Active CCHCs and NC Resource Center staff.
Annual CCHC Network Meeting
In-person, led by Active CCHCs, the NC Resource Center, and the NC State Child Care Nurse Consultant.
Workgroups
Resource Review
A workgroup to review new and revised health and safety policies, trainings, resources, forms, and other materials developed by the NC Resource Center.
Public Awareness
A workgroup to increase awareness of the impact that CCHCs have on the overall health and safety of all children in child care settings.
