Courses Sandbox
Courses for Trainers prepare active Child Care Health Consultants (CCHCs) and other early childhood professional trainers to provide required trainings and technical assistance to early educators in their local communities in North Carolina. The NC Resource Center offers two courses: Infant Toddler Safe Sleep and SIDS Risk Reduction in Child Care (ITS-SIDS) Course for Trainers and Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) in Child Care Course for Trainers.
Course Refreshers are for individuals who have previously completed the ITS-SIDS or EPR Courses for Trainers successfully, but are currently not recognized as an Active ITS-SIDS Trainer or an Active EPR Trainer by the NC Resource Center.
