The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Child Development and Early Education invites you to join a webinar on Wednesday, Aug. 31 at 12 p.m. to learn about the latest updates on COVID-19, vaccines, testing and treatments.

The webinar will be in English, with the option for Spanish-language interpretation.

Hear the latest guidance for the early child care and learning community on:
• COVID-19 vaccines for children ages 6 months to 4 years old
• COVID-19 testing and treatment options
• the ChildCareStrongNC Public Health Toolkit, which NCDHHS will sunset on Aug. 31

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and listen to a live Q&A.

Early care professionals who attend the live webinar can also receive a certificate for a one-hour training credit.

NCDHHS Assistant Secretary for Children and Families Charlene Wong, MD; NCDHHS State Child Care Nurse Consultant, Division of Child and Family Well-Being, Whole Child Health Section Amy Petersen, BSN, RN; and DCDEE Legislative Liaison & Policy Manager Arlette Lambert, MSW, will lead the discussion.
